Cancellations and Refund Policy

Payment Confirmation

When you make a reservation through AtlantisHelicopterTour.com, your payment is securely collected and processed online. We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa and MasterCard. No additional service or processing fees are charged at the time of payment.

Full payment is required to confirm your booking. The transaction will appear on your bank statement as Atlantis Helicopter Tours or a related payment descriptor.

Once your booking is completed, you will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours. This email includes your tour details, booking reference, and flight voucher for your scheduled helicopter ride. Our team carefully reviews every reservation to ensure accuracy and a smooth start to your experience.

Refund Policy

Service charges, taxes, and administrative fees are non-refundable under any circumstances once a booking is confirmed.

No refunds will be provided after a tour, flight, or service has started. This includes partially used packages or additional services such as transfers, add-ons, or special arrangements.

Approved refunds are processed only through the original payment method used at the time of booking. Some products, including fixed-time tickets, special offers, private charters, or services marked as non-refundable, are not eligible for refunds.

Non-Group Bookings (Up to 3 Persons)

Cancellations for individual bookings may be subject to a 10% administrative cancellation fee. Additional supplier or operator charges may apply. All applicable charges will be clearly communicated by email.

Time-Based Cancellation Rules

Cancel 96 hours or more before departure: No cancellation fee
Cancel 72 hours before departure: 50% cancellation fee
Cancel within 24 hours of departure: 100% cancellation fee, no refund

If eligible, refunds will be processed within 30 days from the transaction date.

Bookings that include non-refundable components such as attraction tickets or special promotions cannot be refunded.

Group Bookings (4 or More Persons)

For group reservations of four or more passengers, the following rules apply:

Cancel 7 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee
Cancel 5 days or less before departure: 100% cancellation fee, no refund

Approved refunds for group bookings are processed within 30 days, where applicable.

No-Show Policy

If a guest fails to arrive at the helipad on time or misses the flight due to late arrival, incorrect information, or personal reasons, the booking will be marked as a no-show. No-shows are 100% non-refundable.

Weather and Operational Cancellations

Helicopter flights are subject to weather conditions and air traffic regulations. In rare cases, flights may be delayed or canceled due to safety concerns.

If a flight is canceled by the operator due to weather, technical, or operational reasons, guests will be offered either:

  • A free reschedule, or
  • A full refund, excluding non-refundable fees

The final decision is always based on aviation safety regulations.

Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made at least 72 hours before departure. Rescheduling within 72 hours may incur additional charges or may not be permitted depending on the booking type.

Force Majeure

AtlantisHelicopterTour.com is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond our control. This includes natural disasters, government restrictions, airspace closures, or emergency situations. In such cases, rescheduling options may be offered where possible.
